1/8/2021 – I'm having trouble getting the shot glass wrap to wrap evenly. A quarter of the sub looks great, but the rest is faded. . . .
Response From Enmart: Most likely, it's either uneven pressure from the wrap, or uneven heat in your oven. If the wrap is a little loose, try carefully working the rubber through one of the latches a little to tighten it up. Take care not to nick the edge of the rubber or it will tear. It could also be a little uneven, so make sure when it's fastened around the shot glass that it fits snugly and evenly all the way around it, and top to bottom. You should see the top and bottom wrap a little over the edges due to the tension. It doesn't have to be super tight, but it does need to be snug. If you still have problems, email us some good clear photos of the wrap unfastened, fastened around the glass, and the results on the glass, to support@myenmart.com and we'll be happy to assist you further.
2/28/2020 – Can one use Illustrator files to print shirts. Does one need AccuRIP software?
Response From Enmart: Yes, you can use Illustrator, Corel Draw, or even the Sawgrass Creative Studio program which is online and accessible for free with purchase. Any program can be used as long as you can turn off color management, since that is handled by the Virtuoso Print Manager, which is included as well. No RIP is necessary at all, and printing is almost as simple as just printing a page to a regular printer.
4/14/2018 – How do you actually attach the wrap to the shot glass? Is there a video showing how?
Response From Enmart: The wrap simply wraps around the shot glass, and the two metal clasps latch together holding the silicone wrap snugly against the shot glass. The video is a great idea though; we'll have to work on that.
