Sales Tax Exemption Forms
EnMart is required by law to collect sales tax in states where it has a presence, including a presence by its parent company Ensign Emblem, as well as states that have decided to require sales tax on internet sales pursuant to the supreme court decision in
South Dakota vs. Wayfair. Sales tax collection rules and requirements also vary state to state.
The current list of states we collect sales tax in are: AL, CA, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NV, NJ, WA, and WI.
Check this page regularly for updates to the above states.
If you are exempt from sales tax and live in one of the above states, you must correctly fill out the appropriate form for your state or you will be charged sales tax on all orders placed with either EnMart or Ensign Emblem.

Please note that the states requiring sales tax collection change frequently, so the links above may not be complete - in which case you will need to go to your state's web site and find and fill out the appropriate form and send to us.
It is your responsibility to provide the correctly filled out form for your state. Without a correct, current, unexpired sales tax exemption form for each of your shipping location(s) and business names, we must charge sales tax. No exceptions.
