We are pleased to offer these 100% American made rubber iPhone 5cases for sublimation. These iPhone 5 sublimation cases areanti-microbial and made of durable, flexible black rubber that iscomfortable to hold, not hard plastic like others. They also haveadhesive pre-applied with an easy to remove backing paper, and comewith one high quality gloss white sublimation metal insert.

Sublimation Settings & Directions:

Set your heat press to 380 degrees F, 45 seconds, and light tomedium pressure.
Standard size 8.5" x 11" sublimation paper is sufficientlylarge enough to print several of these on one page.
Design your artwork slightly larger (about 1/8 or .125 incheslarger) than the insert to make alignment easy.
Print your artwork mirrored, then place the paper with theprinted-side up on your heat press table.
Be sure to peel the protective plastic film off the face of themetal insert first before sublimating.
Place the insert with the white coated side down and positionit onto your printed image - this is where that extra 1/8" on thedesign size makes things easy.
Place a sheet of plain paper or a teflonsheet over the top to prevent the sublimation from getting ontoyour press head, and then press.
When the time is up, remove the paper immediately and set theinserts aside to cool.
Peel the adhesive backing off the rubber cover and affix themetal insert.

This item may be sublimated using virtually any sublimationsystem and either Artainium or Sublijet sublimation ink.

Design your artwork slightly larger (about 1/8 or .125 incheslarger) than the tempered glass sublimation cutting board to makealignment easy.
When printing, do NOT mirror your artwork.
Place the printed paper face up on your heat press table, andalign the cutting board on top of that with the bottom (coatedside) down - this is where that extra 1/8" on the design size makesthings easy.
It is suggested that you place a teflonsheet or other thin protective covering over the top of theglass cutting board while in the press.
When the time is up, remove the cutting board immediately andset it aside to cool. If you used a teflon sheet, be sure to wipeany sublimation residue off before using it again.
