The 394MTSShuttle Press is a high production, twin station heat transferpress. This model has an oversized 20" x 25" heater block and lowerplatens. Designed for optimal pressing efficiency in a demandingheat transfer production environment, the 394MTS Shuttle Pressremoves operator inefficiency and pressing delays in a compact anduser-friendly design. By utilizing two oversize shuttling tables,the press allows for constant pressing, and the operator is able toload and unload work while the opposite table is being pressed. Thenext set of work is immediately available for pressing after theprior cycle, therefore minimizing both operator and press idletime.

Coupled with the Digital Knight state-of-the-art control system,and a solid steel and casting frame structure, the 394MTS providesextended dependable service in even the most demanding productionenvironments. The 394MTS exerts up to 12,000 pounds of force, thecapacity necessary for Embossing. The high wattage heater in the394MTS will keep up with any heat demand, ensuring absolutely noheat recovery issues often found with standard presses. The 394MTSis configured for standard T-shirt and textile printing, and iseasily adapted for other substrates such as ceramics, woods,metals, mousepads and fusing and laminatingapplications.
