RETURN POLICY
Unopened Items
Certain items that are unopened may be returned for refund within 30 days from the purchase date, subject to RMA approval. Custom made goods are not returnable except in the case of our error. Heat presses, equipment, and similar items may be accepted for return depending on the manufacturer's policy.
Opened Items
Opened items are not returnable, the exception being cases where we have mistakenly sent the wrong item. Exceptions may be made in other situations; those situations will be determined on a individual basis.
To return goods, you must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA Number please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-516-1300 or e-mail us at info@myenmart.com. There will be a 10% restocking fee charged for all returned items unless the mistake is ours.

NTRANS & Blank Patch Line Item Price Corrections
Due to the internal structure of our web store, there may be situations where you order physically different products with different attributes having the same SKU, but the system treats all line items as one and incorrectly gives discounted quantity pricing. Since these discounts are applied in error, we will correct the price and notify you of the change. This typically happens with NTRANS and Blank Patches, which have numerous different attributes that create different products that share the same SKU number.
Order Tracking
After you complete your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail from EnMart confirming your order and showing the ordered items plus the payment and shipping method confirmation. When we send your order out, you will receive another e-mail confirming shipment. The e-mail will also include the package tracking number. Once the carrier has picked up the shipment, you can find the exact location of the package by clicking the package-tracking number link on the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Orders placed by phone or fax will also receive these e-mails, if an e-mail address has been provided to EnMart. If you order by phone or fax and wish to receive e-mail notification of your order, you must provide a valid e-mail address to EnMart at the time the order is placed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes to orders may be made prior to 4 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone) the day the order is placed. Orders canceled before 4 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone) on the day of the order will receive a complete refund.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipments
EnMart ships VIA FedEx and USPS. USPS is currently limited to orders shipping from Traverse City, MI that weigh less than 10 pounds. USPS orders will usually ship the day after the order is placed due to pickup times. Typically USPS orders take longer to receive than those shipping via Fedex, so factor in extended times into your delivery requirements and calculations. Also, note that aerosols such as Sprayway products cannot be shipped via USPS or Fedex Air.
Certain larger heavier items or shipments in excess of 200 pounds may require shipment via Fedex Freight (common carrier).
EnMart will be happy to ship under your own customer shipping account upon request. If you would prefer to have your order shipped on your account, this request must be made when the original order is submitted. You will need to also enter in the name of the carrier and your shipper account number in the order notes section. All requests are subject to carrier availability, and depending on available pickup times and when the order was placed, may result in the order not shipping until the next day.
Be aware that once the package(s) leave(s) EnMart's hands, the care and handling of said package(s) are the responsibility of the carrier. Any complaints about the condition of the package(s) and/or contents when received should be directed to the carrier, not EnMart. Any damage claims must originate from the recipient of the damaged goods; EnMart cannot file a damage claim for the recipient. EnMart will provide whatever assistance is necessary to expedite the process. Other arrangements, such as re-shipment of damaged items, may be handled on an individual basis. EnMart is not liable for carrier caused damages or any associated shipping charges.
International Shipments
As a rule the EnMart web store no longer allows international shipments other than to U.S. Territories, Canada, and Mexico. If you are in a different country and wish to place an order with EnMart, you must contact us directly to make arrangements.
All international shipping charges generated by the EnMart store at the time an order is placed are only estimates. An EnMart customer service person will contact you for approval of actual shipping charges before your order is shipped. In some case the actual shipping charges may be more, in some cases less than what the store generates. In all cases, you are responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes that may be due.
EnMart also does NOT accept PayPal as a payment method for international orders - only valid credit cards are allowed. If you pay via PayPal for an order shipping out of the United States, your payment will be refunded and someone will contact you to obtain an alternate method of payment.
Address Corrections & Business vs. Residential
When choosing your shipping method, be sure to enter in the correct address, as well correctly choosing whether you have a business or residential address. Neither EnMart or Fedex decide whether your address is business or residential; this is determined by the U.S. Postal Service. If your address information is inaccurate, Fedex charges us extra fees above and beyond the shipping charges. Therefore, in such cases, Enmart reserves the right to charge an additional fee of up to $10 per package to recover these charges.
C.O.D. Shipments
EnMart no longer accepts C.O.D. as a method of shipping and payment.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST for stock items will be shipped the same day. Even after 2 p.m., as long as Fedex hasn't picked up yet, we do our best to get it ready to ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays for in stock goods will be shipped out the next business day. Non stock or custom items (for example, NTRANS, custom sublimated patches, blank patches, etc.) will be shipped based on the published turn around time for the particular product ordered.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders will ship from the warehouse nearest to the location to which the order is to go, if that warehouse has all the ordered items in stock. If not, orders will ship from the main warehouse, which is in Michigan. All orders for blanks will ship from the Michigan facility. All orders for Ntrans transfers will ship from the Georgia or the California facility. Sublimation goods currently either ship from the Michigan facility or drop ship from our suppliers.
What Will Shipping Costs Be?
EnMart shipping charges are based on current FedEx rates, fees, and surcharges, the weight of the product, and size of the box. The system automatically includes sufficient insurance for your order in with the shipping rate.

Price Information
Unless otherwise stated explicitly, all prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and subject to change at EnMart's discretion.
Price Corrections
While we make every effort to ensure that correct product information and pricing is displayed on our website, mistakes may occur. In the event an error occurs, we will make the correction immediately upon its discovery. In the case of pricing errors, we cannot be held responsible and are not liable. If a pricing error is discovered on product(s) that are on unshipped order(s), those customers will be notified prior to shipping and given the opportunity to change or cancel their order. If a pricing error is discovered on product(s) after order(s) have shipped, the problem is ours and no adjustments to customer order(s) will be made except in situations where the customer has been overcharged, in which case EnMart, at its discretion, may choose to offer a credit or refund of the overcharged amount.
Refusal of Service
EnMart reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Sales Tax
Please be aware that we are required by law to charge state and local sales taxes on purchases of taxable merchandise based on the destination of the shipment if you live in certain states where it is required (currently, CA, MI, GA, IL, NV, and NJ), UNLESS you have placed the appropriate forms on file with us. These aren't EnMart's rules, and unfortunately we cannot be flexible with these as we might be otherwise. If we are audited, we must have the required form from you on hand, or we face penalties and fines. Simply sending in a resale number is not sufficient for us to remove the sales tax from your order. If you feel that you should not be charged sales tax and have the appropriate paperwork to support your claim, please e-mail this paperwork back to us at EnMart or fax the information to us at (231) 946-7583. If we receive your forms prior to shipping and closing your order, we will remove the sales tax and credit it back to you. If we have shipped the order, we must charge you the tax as by that point we are required to turn it in to the appropriate state. Once we receive your forms, we will set up your online ordering account so that you will not be charged sales tax on future orders. In the event you create a new online account later, you will be charged sales tax once again as there is no way for the system to know that a new account should be tied to your existing one.
Net Terms Accounts
To be eligible to establish a credit account with NET Terms with EnMart, you must do the following: (A) complete the EnMart Credit Application and (B) demonstrate that you will place orders for a minimum of $500 a month for three (3) consecutive months. If you orders equal or exceed $500 a month and the results of our credit check are acceptable, you will be granted Net 30 payment terms.
Exceptions may be made to this account policy at the sole discretion of EnMart management.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Because we want to protect the privacy of all the visitors to our site, we have adopted the following policy.

We understand that many people have concerns about their personal security when placing an order or giving out personal information on the Internet. That's why providing a secure shopping environment is one of EnMart's highest priorities. We use industry standard encryption methods to transmit your personal registration information from your computer to our across the Internet and we restrict access to any transactional portions of our site to computers running web browsers that support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. To use this protection technology, you need to have an SSL capable browser. These browsers will automatically activate the technology when you log on to our site.
Please remember, regardless of the precautions taken by you or by us, there is no way that perfect security on the Internet can be guaranteed. EnMart cannot insure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.
Use of Site: This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes that are not expressly permitted in writing by EnMart. EnMart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if EnMart believes that customer conduct violates applicable law harmful to the interests of Enmart or its parent company, Ensign Emblem, Ltd.
