You may place an order for Ntrans transfers through the EnMart shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, you will need to submit your artwork using the following procedure:
- Click the design@myenmart.com e-mail link.
- Attach your artwork. We prefer the artwork that is submitted to us be a vector graphic file (.ai or .cdr file). If you submit a .cdr file, please submit it saved in version 9 or lower. Please also, if possible, include a .jpg of the design. This will help us determine colors and placement.
- If you do not have access to vector graphic files, we will accept a .jpg or a .bmp file. Please note: submission of these files may extend production time slightly.
- Please complete your e-mail with the following information:
- Name
- E-mail address and contact information
- Qty of transfers ordered
- Size of transfers
- Colors in transfer
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is received. This e-mail will also let you know when you can expect to receive your design sketch.
- Once you receive your sketch, you must approve it or send it back for revisions. One revision is allowed per design. There will be a fee for additional revisions after the first revision.
Things You Should Know:
We have eliminated any artwork or design charges except for revisions to the original design after the first one. We have also included all screen charges into the price per piece, so now, when you order an NTRANS item, the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping.
A digital sketch of your design will be sent via e-mail for your approval at no charge. If you prefer to see a sample, there will be an additional charge. Your designer will advise you of that charge upon your request.
